I’m a non-diet strength coach focused on helping clients get stronger and move better, no matter their skill level, age, body size, or health status.

I believe in creating a space where we can come together to work towards the best versions of ourselves without a focus on weight loss, but rather quality of life.

You might be wondering what grawlix means - I’ve got you covered! A grawlix is often seen in comic strips as a string of symbols used in place of letters to represent an expletive.

I chose Grawlix Strong as the name for my business because I emphatically believe that both “Oh $%!#” and “&*#! Yeah” moments happen in the gym and in life, and both mark moments of progress and growth. My hope is to share in these moments with clients as we grow our boundaries or destroy limiting beliefs.
